I'm Thomas, I'm 30, from Asnières, near Paris. I'm an IT engineer working on railway systems.

I like to walk inside Paris on the discover of place I don't know. This city is so little as a capital, but so big for places we have to know.

And also like to speak to random people inside the street, bars and everywhere :) ... I try to make the world more socially connected, instead of internet connected (thank you Facebook, Tinder, and other apps destroying real social connexion ...)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Actually, I would like to meet new people from everywhere in the world, to have fun together, and also to improve my english.

I like to travel when I have the occasion, but I also love to share with travelers coming to my place. Never forget the hospitality code : Couchsurfing is not free hostel ! It cost time and money to your host, you have to be kind with him, share experience, to be chatting, and every host appreciate a little gift (it can be a six pack, something from our country, a bottle of wine, but not only means a gift you paid, it can be something you draw in the plane or the train if you are an artist... or whatever), that the code of hospitality.

Sorry for this little paragraph, but I'd to make the point about that :), too many people are on couchsurfing for free bed (I had the experience two times, one guest cancelling a day before because they find another place, and another time guests not chatting with me, just here for the bed), don't do to your host what you don't like to be treated as an host.

So if you want to share a really good social experience, having a beer in a bar of Paris, to go to a nightclub, visiting Paris together, and having good conversations, come on :)
