ABOUT ME

Hello I am French, I live in Hong Kong and studied economics. I have always been squeezed with my studs, internships and job. After having moved to HK for working purpose, I want to use this opportunity to discover Asia and start to learn more about people around while I have not lot of constraints in my life!
I like to listen and read about people history and experiences.
I believe to be a pragmatic person.
How do I spend time? Hanging out with groups of friends during week ends, share a diner with my closest friends after work.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I mainly hosted people when i was in Paris, either for emergency or long time forecast trip. Now that i am in Hong kong i saddly do not have the place to host anymore, this city being very difficult for housing!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have hosted several people from Europe, Asia and NZ for the moment. I had quite good experiences so far and I am really glad of the cultural exchanges I had with my host! I even met again in Hong Kong one guy i hosted in Paris!

Have had a nice experience of surfing while traveling in Finlande.

Interests

I have of course great interest in travelling and I am eager to learn from others. But in my day to day life, I have interests in aeronautics and planes (I personally have a licence); I like mountains environment, and trekking. Great stuff about living in HK is that it has lots of mountains and path. I do a lot of hiking during the week end.
I am also fond of Greek mythology.
I like sport, especially running.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I went to Nepal for a Trek and climbed up to 5500m. Experience with Sherpas and to see the Everest was unforgettable. That is a country worth seing

Teach, Learn, Share

I have never been good at languages. I would like to be really proficient in English and have started start to learn basic Spanish to travel in south America.
I would love to share my culture and help travellers to discover my place, Paris.
