Music, Movies, and Books

Music: I don't have a favorite type of music genre, an artist/band. Different points in my life, I listen to different types of music. Also, it depends on my mood as well. Some of the genres that I like are Classical music, New age, Alternative rock, EDM, Dubstep, Bulgarian Pop Folk, Reggaeton, Bollywood, KPop, Celtic, Country, and a few Indie music which I have no idea what they would be categorized as. Haha.

Movies: Gladiator, Inception, Easy A, The Ugly Truth, White Chicks, Coaching Tiger Hidden Dragon, House of Flying Dagger, Strapped, Shelter, and Shortbus just to name a few.

Books: Harry Potter series, Hunger Game trilogy, Eragon trilogy, The Alchemist, Maze Runner trilogy, Insurgent trilogy, and The Traveler's Gift are some of the books I can remember off the top of my head. Some authors that I like to read from are Tom Clancy, Dan Brown, Agatha Christie, Malcolm Gladwell, John Maxwell, and Dale Carnegie.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

One of the most amazing thing I've done was doing to Burning Man. It is one of the most amazing experiences I have ever been to. It in itself is hard to describe and define. But from that one week long experience, I was able to learn so much about myself, all the limitation that I put on myself, and the world of possibilities that I have been so blinded by. It was thanks to all the people I have met on my Burning Man journey that helped me open my eyes. People who came from all over the world just to experience this event.

Teach, Learn, Share

I love learning. Teach me a way of life I've never considered before. The unknown appeals to me as it opens my horizon. I've really only know the American way of life. I'd like to break out of that bubble and experience life in some one else shoes - someone who lives thousands of miles away, who speaks a different language and thinks differently.

I am a foodie. I love to eat and also love to cook. I enjoy eating new dishes and learning how to make other cultural dishes. My favorite kinds of food are usually the ones with lots of flavors and fusion type of foods.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I would love to share a cup of coffee/tea or a bottle of wine, grab breakfast/lunch/dinner, and have a nice conversation. I love hearing others experiences and stories as well as sharing my own experiences.
I am an easy-going person and very low maintenance. I like to leave everyone in a good mood and any place I visit the same if not better than I came.
