Hi !

I'm Thomas, i'm 24 years old and live in Belgium.
I just graduated and for the past 2 years i have been saving up money to go backpacking New Zealand .
Now it is the perfect time to travel and explore this amazing country and meet lovely people.
I will be in NZ for a year with a working holiday visum :)
October 17th I will finally arrive in Auckland, New Zealand.
I haven't planned anything yet but i would love to meet some travel mates and explore NZ together , especially local people :) !
I am easy going and up for anything, mostly hiking !
In my spare time, i make pianomusic , running, mountainbiking and mountaineering :)
I think this trip will be the time of my life so i'm really looking forward to it.
Would be more fun to travel with some company and getting to know the local people :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

From my own experience in the past, i really prefer couchsurfing above hostels or any other accomodation.
Getting to know the local people who host you is so nice and interesting !
They also give much better tips and suggestions in the nearby area.
I have never had any bad experience with couchsurfing yet .
Also, if you need help with something, i would love to do "woofing" as well.
