I renovate houses and am a rather quiet and methodical person. I walk most mornings. I love to learn. I love to fix things and accomplish goals. I used to work as a CPA auditor, but I did it more as a discipline rather than a passion; so I have the skill set, but don't love doing the work. I'm passionate about making and building things. I want to now create teams to make and build things.

I have some musical talent, but am out of practice.

I am pretty good at taking pictures, and worked on a five camera video crew before.

I have a goofy sense of humor and grew up around nerdy scientists.

Clutter makes me anxious, so people staying with me would need to be very neat. On the flip side, I would keep my space very neat when I'm a guest.

I don't smoke or use drugs. I cuss quite a bit, but would be mindful around children.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I renovate houses and there is always the transition, where I have a few weeks before I'm off to the next gig I would like to find interesting people to stay with for short periods.

I also have houses that are finished, but I continue to stay in them and house sit, until they are sold. It gets kind of lonely, so I was thinking it would be good to have another RESPONSIBLE person to share the space with from time to time while I'm house sitting.

Music, Movies, and Books

WOW! There are like way too many to mention. I have like 1000 movies on TiVo. I use Roku mostly now though. But, if it's SciFi I have probably seen it. I miss reading books, but my life seems to be too fast paced at the moment. Mostly I read how-to books these days.

I listen to jazz when I'm working. I like most any kind of music except opera for some reason mostly I don't like with a few exceptions.

Have multiple published patents. Performed on ABC television show. Oh..wait that's two things.

Depends on what someone needs. I don't have a pre-planned script.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can help with chores, and fix stuff. Maybe that will be my thing, traveling and doing handyman stuff. I'm pretty good with money too, and have made good financial choices for the most part.

I have built computers as a hobby in the past.
