I am a 21 year old English guy currently traveling with my girlfriend. We left home in England in June 2016 and are heading to Asutralia overland. I've previously travelled on my own accross Europe.

We're both easy going, up for a laugh and don't take life too seriously.

I am lucky enough to have already traveled to many countries but there are also many more places I would like to see.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love using couchsurfing to find events and meet locals and travellers in the city I'm visitng. I like to stay with people in their city to find out a locals view of a place and also learn things about their culture, as well as share my travel experiences with them.

Unfortunately, I haven't had the chance to host yet as I have been travelling for much of my time since I signed up and I live at home with my family. I hope one day I will be able to host people regularly.

Interests

I have an interest in a wide range of sports such as football, tennis and darts. I also enjoy learning about new sports and from traveling I have discovered sports such as American football, baseball and Australian rules football.

I love travel and finding out about new cultures and ways of life! For me travel is just as much and meeting new people and making friends all over the world as it is about sightseeing.

Music, Movies, and Books

I don't read much or watch many movies as I prefer to be out and about. However when I do watch a movie I often enjoy them as long as it isn't to complicated :D

I like a wide rang of music but mainly enjoy alternative.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The most amazing thing I've done is traveling! I am lucky enough to have traveled to many parts of Europe, Australia and America.

I have skydived, scuba dived in the Great Barrier Reef and flown over the Grand Canyon, as well as other things.

Teach, Learn, Share

I would love to learn a forgien language one day but it is difficult if I can't speak that language everyday. I would love to learn about people's views and experiences while travelling.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can share my travel experiences and knowledge of places I have visited.

I am a qualified TEFL teacher and would be able to help anyone wanting to improve their English. I am also a qualified sports coach and would be able to design a basic training program for someone if they would like.
