I am an open minded person who is looking for nice and open minded people all around the world. I think that media shows too often an evil and mad picture of the world. Most of the people, who are living on this planet and with whom I had the chance to spend time together, are friendly, supporting and open-hearted. All the differences we might have (different attitudes, ways of living, thinking or behaving) are interesting for me and reflect how we are all connected. I always try to understand rather than to judge.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

Sure, an obvious reason why couchsurfing is a good choice is that you can save a lot of money..
But to me that's not the main reason. If one can decide between a hostel receptionist's "tourist attraction tips" or the favorite places and areas of a person who is actually living in the city... I guess the choice is clear.
I think you could never have a better insight in the mentality, interests and opinions of people of a different country than through spending as much time together as possible.

Hitchhiking to the UK without time for preparation. The day after the idea, a friend of mine and I just started and arrived two days later in Nottingham.
