On my way to do the harvest season in Nelson as cellar hand, I want todiscover New Zealand before the rush of harvest !

ABOUT ME

Thomas, 24-years old, studying winemaking !
Curious, enjoying life and people, easy going.

I'm on my way for a new experience, which is spending 4 months in New Zealand, mostly to work in a winery during the harvest, but also to discover New Zealand with my backpack !

I'm used to travel and I visited a lot of countries. That's also the second time I'm travelling alone during a long time, the first time was 4 month in South Africa last year.

PHILOSOPHY

Life is made of experiences : meeting people, doing new things, be surprised every day, learn from others.... and then... integrate this in your own life in the way that suits you.

Currently looking for couches as I don't have my own place but I hope I could host some people as soon as possible !

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

It's my second time couch surfing but I'm used to do car-sharing, hitch-hiking, backpacking, meeting people when travelling.

I'm very open-minded and respectful.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

The most memorable thing I have done yet is to go to AFRICA BURN, the south african version of BURNING MAN.

If you know Burning Man, you can imagine what I'm talking about...

Simply life changing.

(I also did the world biggest bungy jump in south africa !)

Life is only about experiencing : meeting new people and new ideas is the best way to be exposed to new experiences.
