Hello!

Have you ever seen a person whose hair simply makes you remember them, even though you might have completely forgotten their name? I've been told I'm one of those people as well. One year ago, I decided to let me hair grow as an experiment. Since then, my curly, puffy hair has reached level 9000 and I am not looking to go back!

Anyways, just so you don't think I am just about hair, I like to consider myself an easy-going individual, who is mature yet knows to have fun also. Life can get very serious and stressful, and we all can get bogged down by our responsibilities though positivity is key.

I grew up in the island of Ios, Greece and now have been living in the United States. There is no perfect country. Every country has its pros and cons -- it is what we make of it.

There is much more to tell, though I think this should suffice for here!

Although I am primarily a fan of Greek and Spanish music, I listen to all sorts of music and even in languages I do not know: Romanian, Arabic, German, French etc. Music is art and fulfills my artistic side of my personality.

For books, I primarily read texts in political science and personal development. I also enjoy reading fiction. One of my favorite books is "El juego del ángel" written by Carlos Ruiz Zafón.

As to movies, I am mostly interested in drama and action movies. Some titles I love are "Barria," "El Hermano," all the James Bond movies, and before I forget, although it does not fit the above two catogories, is Mr. Bean!

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

I once barely passed with my little sailboat between to large ships, one entering the port and the other exiting. The bad weather kept dragging me toward them. I am proud I survived that incident.

I can teach you the languages I know, some cooking recipes my father taught me who went to a cooking school, and I would be glad to have any sort of conversation.

I would very interested in learning your (the host's) perspective of the place that I would be visiting. it would be great if you would like to show me or direct me to places where the locals tend to visit.
