Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I get to travel a lot with my job. Most of the time, I stay in hotels but when i'm on vacation, I like to take my backpack and try to meet and exchange with locals. I want an alternative to hotels that is way more friendly and personal.

I have not use couchsurfing yet but I met a wonderful couchsurfer that was introduced to me by a friend and had the chance of hosting her for 5 days. The year after i went to visit and had a wonderful time. Since that moment, I can't wait to meet new people and forge new friendship!!

Interests

I am passionate about aviation. Most of my life revolves around airplanes and airports.

I absolutly love to travel and I love to meet new people and share a beer or two! When I'm travelling, I love to take long walks in the cities, explore and get lost!

I love a good beer and a good meal and try to discover as much local food as I can!

Though I am not that good, I love all kinds of sport. (Ultimate frisbee, soccer, bike, hiking, etc...)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I was able to find my dream job at 21 and I travel for a living. I had the chance to visit the Canadian Arctic in 2015 and go up to the 73rd parallel.

Teach, Learn, Share

I have recently started to learn German. I have a desire to learn new languages and i think the best way to do that is to speak with locals.

In return I can share my knowledge of french (Canadian french) and english.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can share many things with travellers and host. I can help surfers practice their french or english. I also love to spend evenings exchanging with travellers, learning from their experiences and sharing mine.
