Martin's my name (Thomas Ravenscroft was an English composer who inspired me in many ways). It happened so that I was travelling through the most of my life. As I play cello it helped me to get around the world and to know many people. I play different folk traditions - Breton, Swedish, Polish, American etc., American tango, Medieval and Renaissance dances.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

I was sleeping in this abandoned building in the city of Uzhhorod, Ukraine. As there was no shower and it was July, I went to the river Uzh, turned to the left and followed it out of the city, than took a swim in it. It was a hot day in July, no one around, lots of dragonflies flying in mid-air. Then a man and a boy came along, and they had a horse with them. Horse drank from the river, then they were gone. It was like a scene from some old movie and very beautiful.
