About Me

Originally from Vienna, I've just finished my philosophy degree in London and am now moving to Oxford to teach. I love to travel whenever I can.

I love discussion, dancing, reading and most sports; museums, music and art - especially theatre.

I am a meditative person, very grounded and reasonable but always up for a bit of craziness.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Appears that CS is an amazing way to travel. A good friend told me about her positive experiences and I just thought I have to try it - let's see how it goes.

Interests

I am interested in most things - where do I start?

Most of all people. Philosophy, Politics, Food, Sport.

I love to go out dancing and listening to live music.

Cooking - vegetarian.

Music, Movies, and Books

Billy Joel is definitely my favourite, but I listen to all different kinds of music.

Bird Man was pretty great, but I couldn't really say. Favourite TV show has got to be Mad Men.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I started a small organisation with a few friends in London teaching teenagers the importance of political awareness.

The most amazing thing I do every year is Ski-Touring in the Austrian Alps. The views up there are absolutely amazing and the challenge involved is very rewarding.

Teach, Learn, Share

Always be ready to learn and accept that your wrong.

Whenever there is conflict. Try to put yourself in other people's shoes.

When you loose a debate, you are the real winner because you have learned.

Care.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I love cooking. Although I only cook vegetarian meals - I've been told they're pretty damn good .

Also, I think I am really good at helping people think things through. (studying philosophy does that to you.) Discussing things.

Good Mood and Gratefulness.

Countries I’ve Visited

Croatia, France, Greece, Hungary, Israel, Italy, Palestine, Slovakia, Spain, Thailand, United States

Countries I’ve Lived In

Austria, United Kingdom
