I want to improve my communication skills by connecting with others. I tend to like being by myself and despite being a good communicator (I write for a living), I would like to interact with more people and learn about different ways of life.

Interessi

I am a bit eclectic. Grew up by the sea, swimming and diving, have a climbing course, want to learn sailing/yachting, like drawing/painting with watercolours, learning about history through cultural aspects of different countries and peoples.
My memory is weird and very selective, I forget easily or remember with high resolution of detail seemingly random things. It’s both a curse and a blessing!

Musica, film e libri

Currently reading Jorge Amado, Dostoevsky and Dante.
I like writing too (poetry especially) and I listen to a wide selection of music. Statistically, it seems like I listen to world music 45% of the time, pop 22.5%, soul 17.5%, rap and jazz both 5%, and finally both electronic and stage music 2.5% each, according to my headphones.

Movies and series.. currently not watching much, but I do like my cinema! I’ve been a LoTR fan since a kid.

I am a nutritionist so any knowledge I have on health, food, exercise, I am happy to share.

I also am learning massage therapy and integrative/alternative medicine at the moment. Happy to discuss and share!
