well - finally I arrived at age 43, but do not feel much older and much younger sometimes . 2 daughters - 15 and 17. they are getting independent very quickly - and I do like watching this.

beside this I am interested in getting out into the nature, camping, mountaineering, etc.

spiritual things and meditation always had and have had some attraction to me - and I believe it wont go away :-).

my profession is still eating quite some time of me. need to travel quite a bit - international which is mostly nice. just recognizing the older I get the earth is the same whereever you go, but people make the difference.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

.. having to travel a bit .. I have found out that it is much nicer simply knowing sbdy who is living where you go .. friends. not a must, but if it works out that way .. I prefer it. people have interesting stories to tell about where they are and about their personal life - so if I am at a state of opening up it is nice to learn and see something new.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

.. recognizing that judging of what is amazing or not is purely defined by the perspective of the person - so anything can be amazing or not I would say. I am happy if I can find the next thing that I want to do - learning that it is not always important that it is amazing.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach the eskimo roll (canoe), joga, kitesurfing, loudspeaker building and probably more .. I am happy to share especially with kids.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I do have a house 25 km from vienna - train connection or use one of my bikes.
The river danube + vienna woods are right there.
Cooking - listening to music .. whatever.
