ABOUT ME

I'm a responsible, openminded and nice boy... ect. ect.!! I love to cook and see different or new exciting ingredients turn into food that other people enjoy eating. One of the reasons I chose to become a chef. Recently I've started on this parachute course (along with my diving) which I spend a lot of time on. I think that you should always have something or even new things to do. That's what makes you going and learning!!!

Music, Movies, and Books

The Cure, The Good the Bad and the Queen, Pink Floyd, The Clash... I could sit here for hours. I appreciate Rock - ska/old school Punk and that genre. Of books it is mostly cook and wine books of a more molecular approach that catch my interest but I also like books as Gullivers Travels, Populær musik fra Vitulla and Shantaram. On Movies I im not to picky!
