About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To backpack and couch surf around the world

ABOUT ME

A good guy, adventurous, hard worker, crazy in a fun way, quite at first, king of practical jokes

PHILOSOPHY

I'm not sure about this... I have to help others without a doubt, I've been very blessed and believe it's my obligation to help when& where I can, wether it's uncomfortable Or not.

There's still so much out there I have yet to see. For the most part I've only traveled around the US& a bit of Canada.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Interests

I love snowboarding, every chance I get I'm on the slopes somewhere. I work all the time... I'm in a spot in my life where I have no obligations and nothing holding me back, so I'm in the process of selling all my stuff& going to travel around the world. I'm just going to put work on hold for a few years.

My favorite thing about me is that I stopped drinking over 8years ago. I want to live and experience life(participate) not be trapped in a bar or hung over. The most important thing in my life is my sobriety.

I love coffee and good conversations, I can stay up all night telling or listening to stories.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The first thought that jumps out at me with question is when I was in Toledo, Oh a number of years ago. I was with a couple of coworkers and we were invited back to a girls room for a party. We hung out for a few hrs drinking& partying when suddenly 13 guys at the party began beating us. Myself& one of my coworkers escaped fairly quickly but then the third was there getting pounded by all these guys. I ran back to help and then they all focused their anger on me. They were like a pack of savages. I was beaten severely and knocked over the side of a small bridge. Then two of the guys came to where I was and began to beat me more screaming kill this mother f@$&er. Everything went dark, I couldn't feel or hear anymore, until all of a sudden I heard this voice telling me I was about to die and burn in he'll for eternity. I didn't die, a few of the guys were caught and arrested, and I definitely started living my life a bit differently after that...

The day I graduated bootcamp from the Navy was a very special moment for me.
