ABOUT ME

Hi! I am Thomas. I am a sporty guy who likes to get out of the comfort zone and meet different people from all around. I've been told that I talk much to easy: I hope this comes out in a positive way in where people talk back just as much as me. ;) I genuinely interested in the drive of people around me to do what they do. Just as I am very driven to meet cool people to do fun stuff with like throwing a frisbee, playing boardgames, making music or having a good chat.

As my Girlfriend lives in Apeldoorn we try to meet up in the weekend as much as possible. Apeldoorn doesn't have a big CS community over there due to the lack of university's but maybe it will develop there as well. So maybe I will see you either in Groningen or Apeldoorn.

PHILOSOPHY

there is a dutch saying that I really like: wie goed doet, wie goed ontmoet. It says: The person that does positive things will meet other people who do positive things. With this sentence in mind I do the stuff I love and am sure it creates a positive energy in which people can meet.

I would like to add a very precious thing to the community of couchsurfers all around the world. To help people to fulfill their dreams and to show people around town as a proud citizen. Didn't sound to cheezy right? ;)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I haven't travelled the world as a couchsurfer, but did some great holidays on the bike in England and France on which i met great people from all around the world.

Interessen

Riding my bike and search for new beautifull things in life. Making music with my friends, i'm playing the drums. Having nice chats with people I don't know.

Musik, Filme und Bücher

I like to watch TV shows. Ranging from game of thrones to suits. This is all kinda work in progress! :)

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

Playing with the band for a big crowd. The sensation and rush of the moment when your play those first tones. My first time in Taizé, France, a wonderous place for people from all over the world to meet and learn by conversation .

Doing my bike trip of 1000 kilometers on my own to the south of France. Met so much wonderous people underway. They made the hills i had to take feel like little bumps in the road!
