ABOUT ME

My wife and I run a grassroots Permaculture Education Center on our very own mountain homestead an hour outside of Hangzhou. We train apprentices, interns, and students on how to design and run their own organic farms, homesteads and ecovillages.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

When we lived in the city, we hosted quite a few times and loved it. I really enjoy having someone stick around for a week or more, so we can really get a chance to get to know each other and they can take the time to get to see the city.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Most of the traveling we've done has been sleeping in cars and tents but have stayed with a few hosts, just for a night or two.
