PHILOSOPHY

some thoughts i have picked up along my journey in life...

be content with what you have and take joy in the way things are. when you realise you have all you need, the world belongs to you...

knowing other people is intelligence, knowing yourself is wisdom...

if you understand that all things change, constantly change...there is nothing you can hold on to...all things change...

is it acceptable to make a one off payment to buy ones long term freedom.?.?...or does paying the slave master reinforce the system you want to change...???

receiving is very important, as it allows the giver the experience of being generous and kind...without a receiver...there can be no giver...

if you care what others think of you, you will always be there slave...

Interests

music, i play many things...but nothing really all to well,

traveling the big wide universe and also the depth of my mind and my dreams,

learning new skills to improve mine and the well being of others.

meditating(vipassana)

rainbow gatherings.

have been practicing yoga for 45minutes every day for the last while...and it feels good, oh so good!!!

ive also been trying to learn to juggle(with the help of you tube!)

scuba diving...surfing...fishing...swimming...the ocean!!!!!!

arts and crafts...making mushrooms...

i love to cook...all kinds of things...curry and pasta as of late...

i do reiki, level 2(when i was in japan i climbed yama kurama where usui, the first reiki master meditated)

at the moment i am traveling and teaching myself to play the uke...its alot smaller than my guitar, so it's nice to travel with...

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

hitch hiked from sydney to perth 4,300km took a week...with a weekend stop off in adelaide to see friends...sat for 10 days meditating without speaking, looking(eye contact), touching(hugging, handshake...) a type of meditation called vipassana...10days doing a clense where all i put in my body way lemon juice, pepper and maple syrup...dived great barrier reef...fished for octopus for a season in freo in WA...saw heaps of dolphins and whales...
