About Me
Hellow Everyone,
I'm Tommi, 28 years old orginaly from Berlin and Munich. In the last years I've become more and more intercultural, now speaking 4 languages fluently, having friends all round the world. I've got a good manyfold hobbies in which I became more and more professional. I'm a very good slackliner (highline as well), juggle up to 9 balls, cycled from Germany to Spain, played theater for about 6 years, have a deep knowledge of history and philosophy and am generally interested in the overall school of life!
Professionally I studied to become a teacher, then abandoned the idea and changed to become an eventmanagement. I've done a great deal of occasional jobs (carpenting, kindergardener, plumbing, fruitpicking, bicycle mechanic, and and and...). So I would describe myself as interested almost everything.
I'm currently making a dream come true, in essence cycling the world. After having cycled in Europe and now in New Zealand, the next step is a tour from Hanoi to Ho Chi Min City, then to Pnom Peng, Bankok and eventually into Myanmar, before going to Australia.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I'm couchsurfing because I want to increase my overall intercultural understanding of the world, get in touch with locals from around the plant, create bonds of friendship for the future and share experiences. My door in Berlin is generally open to everyone (for as long as long as I'm home). Being a very open minded person I do have no tolerance for rasist, homophobe, sexist or any other sort of discriminating behavior.
