ABOUT ME

I am Thomas, I am a kid and an adult, I love to laugh about bullshit and think about the world. I try to be in love with every positive thing, people, attitude, landscape, objects, animals, breathing, feeling and try not to be touched by negative ones (if you can manage to do it, tell me how !) I love to eat good and healthy food as much as I can afford, and drink reasonably .. I want a better world, and do my best to be an active part of it.
And I am trying my best to keep a plant based diet
PHILOSOPHY

I believe that if we all are concerned by each other, then it's a big changing. but believing is not sufficient and changing the world begins by changing itself. i'm convinced we are living in a political and economical world full of lies but above it, life is good and everywhere i try to share my lifetimes between enjoying beauty and learning from my experiences.

Sometimes I travel, sometimes I stay home. UPDATE : I now live in my pretty big film studio in the city center of Toulouse, I travel far less than I used to
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've begun using the Couchsurfing interface 10 years ago in bangkok in which i've discovered wonderful people and saw an aspect of the city that I would probably never know without their help. I ve carried on in other parts of Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia and Australia, and back again in Thailand :-)

Interests

the World, different thinkings, different food and excel in what I do, and all interesting forms of dissidence against controlling crowds too...may we free our minds !! It's always different of course, sometimes very touching, sometimes very funny, sometimes not so much.. life is a box of chocolate !!

Music, Movies, and Books

soooooooooo many !!! let's say my favorite author is Jiddu Krishnamurti in the spiritual domain, for stories, i love Celine and Bukowski, i read Nietzsche at the moment
concerning cinema, it’s my passion, i love great directors such as the Coen brothers, Soderbergh, Fellini, those who really put everything into their movies, for a purpose and not forgetting the audience , i don't want to list them all, it would take ages.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

my best amazing remember was between Mali and Burkina-Faso. i was on a bike trip but that was a real shitty bike !! i was on my way to go from Bamako to the south of Togo. maybe 2000 km. the problem was this bike, that EVERYDAY stopped and had a problem. during a week, i've seen this bike with the open engine several times, everytime, i've been told that "now that it's fixed, you could cross the whole world"...until next afternoon. I've pushed so much this bike under the african sun, and slept everynight between two trees with my Hamac, that was quite short, since i've finally stopped this tiring week with this very tired bike, in bobo dioulasso, 600 km after bamako, including a "crowded minibus taxi" of more than 1000 km to come back to bamako to make the visa half the frontier price and come back again to the frontier ... what is crazy is that these moments are always kind of not so good to live, plans are changing all the time, but once we did it, we just want to live another one like that !

Teach, Learn, Share

I know how to make a movie, editor is my first formation, i have some experience in making artistic projects, in writing plays, short stories. Thanks I got two arms two legs, with hands controled by a brain so i guess i have a lot of different things to teach learn and share.
My main occupation is linked with my videocamera and it rocks doing this ! if you are comedian, author or have good ideas, let's make something of it !

What I Can Share with Hosts

i can do pasta very good :-) cooking is great, seriously, i am in my asian type cooking tries
i also project movies on my wall, feels like in a cinema.
and of course, i can share my experience of Paris, for good and less good stuff that you probably need to know

By the way, there is pretty much a lot of people asking me to come home, I am sorry in advance if you don't have an answer from me.
I have no internet connexion here and it makes it very difficult for me to give answers all day long with datas
But i do my best
