Hello! My name is Thomas. I am from Portland, US and am currently studying at Hokkaido University in Sapporo. Design, photography, travel, backpacking, and Japanese are some of my interests. I love trying new food and being shown around by locals. I'm flexible when it comes to hosts/accommodations. Can be quiet and out of the way if preferred, but also totally interested in hanging out with and getting to know my hosts. Unfortunately can't host where I'm living at right now, but will be able to when I move back to the US next fall. I Have had limited experience with couch surfing, but it has all been positive so far. I plan to use it more in my travels around Japan in the coming year so hopefully we can meet :)

ヘロ！私はトーマスです。出身はアメリカのポトランド市で、８月まで北海道大学に勉強して、札幌市に住んでいます。デザインや写真や旅行やバクパキングや日本語の勉強に興味があります。食べたことない食べ物を食べてみることが好きです。確かに和食がオケです。土地の人に案内してもらうのが一番だと思いますのでCouch surfingを使っています。そっちらが私にホストをしてくれたら仲がよくなりたいです。今は寮に住んでいるのでホストをすることができません。
しかし、８月にアメリカに戻って、その後もちろんホストをすることができます。それで、二回だけCouchsurfingをしたことあるけど、日本に住んでいる間に旅行をしたくて、Couchsurfingをしてみたいですよ。良ければ会いましょう〜
