ABOUT ME

Hello! Happy to have you reading my page. My name is Thomas and I am a Seattleite with a passion for fun, new connections, and traveling. I work in Social Service as a Counselor for the formally homeless. I am also a fulltime student. I love to stay busy with responsibilities and a social life.
Grew up in a small town full of small minds and made a quest to Seattle as soon as I was able to escape. I love to learn, read, and experience new things.
When I couch surf I like to get to know my host and share as much as I can. Cooking meals together is one of my favorite things to do.

This year I discovered my love for travel and meeting new people from different parts of the world. I've only just begun my adventures and look forward to meeting other people on their personal journeys.

I recently went on a European adventure for three weeks. Paris, Barcelona, London, and Berlin! I met wonderful couchsurfers during my journey.

PHILOSOPHY

I was born to serve. I always want to be helping people and the world to grow and heal.

As I get to know myself more and more I can give myself what I need and then share my love with everyone. I work hard to keep my emotions and attachments under control so that I can stay positive and aware, and most important of all FUN!

Burning Man is fresh in my mind. Helped build a temporary city in the desert full of art and love.

The most challenging yet rewarding experiences I have had were the two 10 day silent meditation retreats I participated in. 10 days no talking, no phone, computer, music, books. Just me, my thoughts, and 8 hours a day of meditation. I left both retreats with new understandings of life and more love for the world.
