One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
My voluntary service for a year in Chile!
Climbing up the volcano in Termas de Chillán with my snowboard, surrounding the crater and riding down on perfect snow.
A seven day hiking trip in mid-summer surrounding Torres del Paine in Patagonia with 5 days of rain, 1 day of snow, but amazing views on the snow-powdered Torres on the last day.
A three day rafting ride through the Peruvian river Apurímac.
The Salcantay Inca-Trail with the "forgotten" Inca town of Machu Picchu and climbing up Huayna Picchu as a reward on the last day.
A five day outdoor trip crossing the Andes from Termas de Chillán to Los Angeles without meeting anybody else apart from us, sitting together after rough hikes around the campfire, watching the (shooting) stars almost so close that one could touch them.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach people snowboarding, how to stay relaxed even in critical situations, cooking and how to juggle.
I would like to learn some survival techniques for a trip into the Brazilian jungle and improve my kiteboarding skills.
