ABOUT ME
ideas. I love to discuss ideas, politics and philosophy with other people and I am generally very open for other beleifs than my own. Though I am (or at least try to be) very critical.
food. Cooking is a big part of my life and I love to spendt hours cooking, baking and pickling. I recently just discovered sauerkraut, kimchi and other kinds of fermentation. I have been baking with sourdough for years now and would love to pass on my knowledge.
studies. I love studying and hae been studying history for 3 years at University of Copenhagen. My studies first took my to Greenland to study North Athlantic environmental history and after that to California. Here I studied finance, philosophy and comics. In the upcomming fall I am starting to study mathematics.
