About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Buying beach property in Latin America! Who can help?
ABOUT ME
Grew up in East-Germany (yes, the communistic part!), worked then in France for two years, travelled in Southamerica (Loved it! Colombia, Argentina, Chile, Ecuador, Venezuela), studied for 1.5 years in Melbourne,Australia. For the last 8 months I was living and working in beautiful Indonesia. Amazing time, amazing people and yet another part of the world which is more than worth coming back to...
Back in Germany for now. Let's see for how long...
By travelling and living in that many different countries I learned to listen to different characters and accept cultural differences. I started to find more enjoyment from staying in one place for longer rather than rushing through countries. Seems to be more appropriate for what I'm looking for which means understanding why people talk and act the way they do.
If it's not six in the morning i'm usually up for a talk about every kind of stuff. Love to talk about political, religious views, but also about rediculous travel stories, weird parties or favourite places to do a handstand (beaches in Indonesia are very appropriate).
I enjoy smiley, positive and well reflected people who act just naturally, admitting mistakes and living their live to the fullest. Negative and overly carefull people, please stay out of my world.
PHILOSOPHY
Life is short, break the rules, forgive quickly, kiss slowly, love truly, laugh uncontrollably, and never regret anything that made you smile. Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things you didn't do than by the ones you did. So throw off the bowlines. Sail away from the safe harbor. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I'd love to use Couchsurfing for exchanging ideas and interesting stories.
I hosted people when I was living in an amazing shared house in Australia. I really do like being the host, and would love to experience being hosted now that I got time to travel around Europe.
Interests
Water sports, surfing in particular. If you're hosted by me make sure you're prepared to go for a dip in the cold waters of Denmark.
Above all, I'm in love with Latin American culture. At the end of the day I'll probably end up on a secluded beach somewhere in Panama or Colombia, surfing and living the live I've ever dreamed of. Hahahaha...
I love to educate myself with skills that urban people seem to lose (building a wooden house, growing fruits & vegetables and so forth)
Sitting down for a coffee or beer and having a long and intense conversation for hours.
