I consider myself a very optimistic person because I try to see every situation from a positive perspective. Life is short and the future is uncertain, so we should appreciate every moment, even the unpleasant ones. Adventures often arise from mistakes and disasters, not from things going according to plan.

I've also got a soft spot for Baroque music, Swing and Classical literature (i.e. Greek and Latin).

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Just recently I went hunting with traditional eagle hunters in Kyrgyzstan. That was pretty amazing.
