Complicated, sweet and slightly fluctuating emotions sometime. Love baking as I can combine little sweetness, a bit of sourness and strong flavour, such as passion fruit mousse, cheesecake and tiramisu. Strength doesn’t come from what we can do, it comes from the attempt to do what we can’t. Are we strong enough?
