About Me

ABOUT ME

My name is Thu Ngan (which means Fall River) but everybody calls me Nana. I'm Vietnamese, however, my parents moved to Poland long time ago and, I grew up and live in Warsaw. Mix of european and asian cultures = PERFECT COMBINATION! ;)
*Now I live and study in Berlin.

I don't like taking things too seriously when it is not necessary, laugh a lot&love to have fun, joker who want to travel the world by my gorgeous bike. I am open to new experiences, people, cultures.

Friends&Fun&Food

To be honest, I'm Asian girl and I love to take pictures of everything! Don't be surprised. ;)

PHILOSOPHY

Do not take anything for granted.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

*I would love to show you around Warsaw, take you to my favourite places where you can have really good coffee/tea/drink or eat delicious food.*

Since November 2016 I live in Berlin, 5 minutes on foot from Alexanderplatz.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I am new CSurfer. I have already hosted people from Italy, Taiwan and Singapore :)

What is more, I was also lucky to meet really kind and helpful hosts in Rome. They have really enriched my experience and I learnt a lot from them. It is very important for me to meet local people who would share their knowledge. Even if a person cannot host, it is pleasure to be able to talk and get to know different points of view, foreign language and culture. This is an experience that I would never get travelling with Lonely Planet ;)

Interests

Photography: digital, analog, lomography

Sewing is my new hobby. Although, my skills are not so good and I can not do a lot of sophisticated things, I can honestly say that I really enjoy it :)

And of course food;) I love cooking, baking at home, but also going out with my friends to eat something delicoius. There are only few things I don't like: olives, aubergine, capers.
