CURRENT MISSION

My current mission objective: Currently making money to be able to travel some more, so in the meantime hoping to accomodate other travellers and live vicariously through them and share travelling stories until I can get back out there again.

ABOUT ME

I am 27 years of age. I have lived in Michigan, Florida, and Oregon. I have taken two extended road trips. One was about 8 months long in my minivan, and the other was a couple months long on my motorcycle. I am a drummer. I love to cook. I love movies. I love travel. I love people. I love nature. And most of all... I love lamp.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I've been a part of the Couchsurfing community for quite a while now. Somehow I haven't managed to couchsurf with anybody off this site. I think it has to do with me not being able to plan things more than a day or two in advance. I've wished during this whole time that I could have a couch to let other people surf. Well, I finally have it. So this is how I will participate until I hit the road again; come stay at my house. I will give you food, beverage, shelter, and entertainment for as long as you wish to stay (as long as its no more than a week...or two if you are really cool).

Une aventure extraordinaire que j'ai vécue

This is a quick summary of my first big adventure. I didn't really like where I was living and what I was doing for a living, so I decided to have an adventure. I had no money saved up, no job, and no place to live. So all of my belongings (my drumset, guitar, djembe, hammer dulcimer, and all my clothes) went into the back of my minivan and I set out across the country. I started in Florida, went to Georgia, Tenessee, Kentucky, Indiana, and Michigan, where I stayed with my family for Christmas. Then I left for the west coast and drove from Michigan through Illinois, Iowa, Nebraska, Wyoming, Utah, Idaho, California, and then eventually settled in Portland, Oregon (very cool city). Keep reading as I update my travels.

My second big adventure summary. This time it was me on my motorcycle. I rode through Michigan, Ohio, West Virginia, Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, and Florida. So then I ended randomly going to Italy for a week. It was amazing.

It is now 3 years later and I am living/working in Michigan.
