About two years ago, I decided grad school wasn't the thing for me quite yet. Since then, I've been a tall ship sailor in Chicago, Boston and the US VI. Now, I'm teaching English for a year in Germany.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

When I have a couch someday, I'll gladly share it. For now, though, staying on someone else's couch sounds great.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

In the middle of the Atlantic Ocean on a schooner, nothing else for hundreds of miles, I saw every star in the sky.
