ABOUT ME

I am a very simple open minded person. I live in the Greater Colombo and it is easy access to any place in the city of Colombo.

You can easily find any mode of public transport from Central Colombo to any of the places or cities of your interest in the country.

The nearest beach is just 45 minutes away from my home.

I love the nature, traveling,cooking, listening to the music, helping and exchanging ideas with foreign friends.

Although I love to see the whole world in my own eyes which would not be possible and would like to meet friends from different parts of the world to know more about their countries and cultures.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN

I would like to host guests when they are in my country to support them to have a good vacation to ensure their safety & low budget.

I enjoy the company of people around the world and make friends.

EXPERIENCE

I got to know about couch surfing through a foreign traveler who was hitchhiking.

I helped him during his stay in Sri Lanka by directing him to the local places where he been planning to find on his own.

As a gratitude he came back to my home as he arrived in Colombo and stayed two days with me at my home.

That made me really interested in Couch Surfing.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Been traveling on a troller boat (a big fishing boat)to the middle of the sea where I did not see any land around.

Teach, Learn, Share

I am a good cook and would like to teach foreign people of our traditional dishes. I would like to learn foreign dishes as well.

Recently I learnt about relaxing massage and would be happy to learn more about it and to share the experience.

I am eager to learn any thing possible.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can bring you traditional Sri Lankan souvenirs and any thing possible from my country upon your request.
Furthermore I can teach you traditional Sri Lankan cooking on availability of the ingredients.
Please note if any guest is planning to stay for a longer period, they are most welcome as I am prepared to share my space with them as I live alone most of the time.
