ABOUT ME

If i can describe my self in a few word. Maybe i would call myself as a good girl. Some of my friends even call me a day dreamer cause i'm kind of a positive thinker. I am a fresh graduate from Foreign Trade University in Hanoi, Vietnam, major in Tax and Customs and in the present, i'm doing an internship in an HR project in a bank in Vietnam. People in my work office often call me SuYi and my name means water. I find it very enjoyable to talk with people in my classes and my offices, maybe because I'm a warm-hearted, sociable and out-going person. Sometimes, i write my own blog and learn by observing. Life is up and down, but i always try to do things with all my best in a positive way :D

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Thanks to the ideas of CS that many people can meet up and learn about different culture and the diversity of new ways in seeing things. I am so eager to join the CS community and help other people to explore my home town in the truly Vietnamese way. I am planning for some travel trip in the future so I hope I can hear many stories about people and culture from different countries.

Interests

I have lots of hobbies. In my free time, i love to take picture for my friends. Go travelling is always my 1st choice to release myself from my everyday life cycle and i think that: Life is a book. Those who don't go travelling has only read the first page. Maybe, i have lots of pages to read and through going travelling, i can improve myself and enhance my self-strength.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love listening to epic music, soundtrack of some romatic film and sometime dance music so I can workout and dance zumba on that theme. I can rap to some popular song of Eminem, sing to the melodies of Coldplay and Micheal learn to rock. Sometimes, i just simply keep my house silence so I can listen and feel the sound of the neighbor and I just simply feel happy while cooking. My favourite playlist include: Coldplay, SnowPatrol, Ed Sheeran, One Republic, The Calling, Christina Perry, Kodaline, ...

I'm so addicted to movies. I can spend a long day just watching them, especially Sci-fic, animation and Adventure movies. They all make me imagines a lot and I still remember one quote in a film "Tomorrow land": "Those dreamers should stick together". Only when you can dream and hope, you can change the world in a better way.
