About Me

I am a big dreamer, deeply in need of learning new things.

My friends describe me as a responsible person, more introvert but crazy in some way, quite undiplomatic with people that exasperated me but very loving and compassionate with other people in general.

I want everything and its opposite at the same time. I enjoy simple life but it seems that I tend to be a little more complicated.

Impulsive and indecisive are my weakness. Another one is also that I tend to judge a person by the way I treat myself. So, I can be very strict. But I tend to change it. As a positive side I have a sense of humour and self-mockery. If you are too sensitive or have no sense of humour, keep going your way.

I am independent and I need to experience the world on my own. Change and freedom are extremely important for me. Change is in my nature and freedom is really essential to my mental well being and the person who understand that will understand everything about me.

Anyway, all I need is just some good mood, then you can take me everywhere, I am always keen to live incredible and new experience.

PHILOSOPHY

My personal philosophy is based on three pillars. The first one is a quote from Saint-Augustine "Love, and do what you will". The second one is a book that I strongly recommand to read. It's "Existentialism and Humanism" by Sartre. Last but not least: Live life, regret nothing ! :)

Interests

I appreciate most of things that can be centers of intellectual stimulation. That is why I like philosophy a lot! I like to confront my ideas with others. It keeps me mentally active and I found it fulfilling. I am impressed by people who have a large knowledge and who are also modest. The Universe fascinated me, the sciences, the medicine, sociology, etc…! Most of areas deserve consideration.
Unfortunately one life is not enough to learn! But it doesn't matter, I try to focus on this perpetual learning field of the life. In general I like all kind of cultural activities. I like to visit museums, discovering new cultures, go to the Theatre (I took three years of drama lessons) I like to learn new things, I also like craft activities, especially DIY. Moreover I am also fond of cooking!

Art history fascinated me a lot! My favorite period is the Baroque style. I also like to read, especially essays (politics, philosophic) and historic novel.

Learning new languages is also one of my passions. It’s fascinated me a lot, even if I do not like learning grammar lessons... Grammar is just boring, don't you think so? Currently I don’t speak many languages but I preferred to preserve the quality and to get higher level in the current language that I can speak. Regardless I would love to learn Italian one day.

Music, Movies, and Books

I am ashamed to admit that I am not a big movie buff.
But I try to rectify the situation :) Nevertheless I can say that I really appreciated "Dead Poets Society".
But to be honest I am inclinated to prefer comedy movies.

My favourite authors are Albert Camus, Stefan Zweig and Alexandre Dumas fils.

About music I like a lot of sort. From the classical to the noisiest one I am very open. But I tend to prefer trance music (progressive and hard, or both together). I discover this musical universe during my teen years and I am still addicted. For me Trance is more than music it's an adventure in a complete different world, or a meditation. It can get you very far and that's exactly what I am looking for. It's instinctual, primitive, and so beautiful. I can not describe it, you have to feel it.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Contemplating and meditating in timeless places (Judean and Negev Desert in Israel).

Teach, Learn, Share

I can help in cooking and in French culture. Especially in the french legal system.
