Music, Movies, and Books

Music: If I’m not listening to my own music, I listen to everything from binaural beats & chants to JAZZ, Gospel, R&B, & Hip Hop. Music frees my soul. I feel alive when Music inhibits my body.

Movies: HUGE action fan! All-time favorite prob goes to “The Matrix” even until this day. I fell in love with that movie at an early age because I always knew there was more out there! Part of the reason I’m just taking a chance and exploring the world! I like ancient history type movies like “Troy” and mystical films like the “Fantastic Beasts” series.

Books: Soooo many different types of books. I love books. So much energy connected to them. Currently to my side is The Master Key System by Robert Peng. FAVORITE BOOK of all time has to go to “The Alchemist”!!! Such a great story of transformation. I read this book upon my introduction to Yoga, living in New York, working as a production assistant on the hit show “Project Runway”. The book helped to awaken my inner ARTIST, who was DYING to get out and be expressed!!! Love the Bible, grew up Christian but it took me a minute to get into this one, lol. But as I grew older and began to view spirituality in a more Dogmatic sense I realize that each of the religions connect to source in there own inherit way. I can always find the light. At times I may have a question for the universe and just reach for the Bible and find the answer I was looking for. Actually, that kinda happens with any book I am drawn to now. Divination. :)
