CURRENT MISSION

Hi, my name is Tiago and my fiancé is Karen. We both are Brazilians, but since 2018 we made our biggest adventure and move to Porto in Portugal. We decided to Exchange the big city, São Paulo, for the tiny Porto, to have a life connected to nature, the sea, and better moments. Now we want to discover Europe from Portugal and hope you can host both of us at your place and we can guarantee fun moments together. We are together for 10 years now and will get married soon...we hope so.

Tiago is a 36 years old Product Designer who has his own company which produces furniture, and actually, he would love to know your opinion about it at tiagocurioni.com.br
He is the kind of guy who makes friends where ever he is and loves to discover vintage stores, abandoned places, and is always on for a new adventure. He is completely passionate about art and design as you can imagine and is always taking pictures of references. Tiago likes calm places and nature sounds but also loves to have their house full for a bbq, which he loves to prepare, even a vegan bbq. Ask him for it.

Karen is a Japanese descendant of the 2nd generation and Works in a huge company In Portugal at the fashion business. Yep, she can be really fashionable when she wants and Always passionate about different cultures and cuisines. Actually she loves to go out for dinner and also, likes to cook when Tiago helps. Something that you must know about Karen, she is crazy about animals, especially for dogs.

It's Tiago´s third experience with Couchsurfing and the idea is to visit places with local and friendly people...what can be better for a lonely traveler like me? For Karen, it´s the very first one.
