About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Meet many different places, cultures and people around Brazil and world and always develop new skills to support myself and people who need my support.

ABOUT ME

I'm a communicative person, love to travel, understand different realities and to discover the unknown. My parents meet each other in a travel, and both were travelers when young and I am following the same pattern.

Since I start traveling arround South and Central America and now in Oceania I gather many different stories to tell, learn different skills to work and volunteer and experienced a good diversity of lifestyles. I like to wave thru different types of people and situations.

As work, I like to participate on documentaries as camera or editor; be involved in permaculture and natural building projects and also do some physical work to relax the mind and feel more grounded.

PHILOSOPHY

"Carpe Diem" & "Be the change that you want to see in the world"
I believe that everything is possible and we need to believe in our dreams and really live it. Go for it! When I was sailing, I read a phrase that really translate it:

"Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things that you didn't do by the ones you did do. So throw off the bowlines. Sail away from the safe harbor. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover." Mark Twain

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am in Couchsurfing because I like to go to a place and know who lives there, to engage with the local culture. Also locals can give me a taste of their lifestyle, the overview of the economy, traditions, their favorite places and everything in the area. I also don't travel in luxuriosos conditions, not interested in fancy resorts and try to avoid hostels because I will be mostly surrounded by many other tourists that don't know the area, checking their phones 80% of the time and not engaging much.
