I am an adventurous, free spirit living in New York City! I currently teach fitness and yoga classes, as well as run my own private personal training business. I love to dance, play sports, drink wine, play with my dog, and explore as much as possible.

I travel with my husband, Brandon. He also works in fitness and yoga, but is also an artist and videographer.
