Born, raised, and schooled in mainland China, mentally live in Malaysia, studied and worked in the US for 5 years, quit my job in early 2020, traveled the world(mostly China, blame Covid-19) for 10 months, and eventually settled down in Beijing starting a new travel business. Love being a solo backpacker, love exploring the world by myself. Travel internationally every year and have visited a dozen of great countries. Warum ich bei Couchsurfing bin

Hostel was once my sole choice, to be honest, where I could make friends with a lot of travelers from all over the world. But as time went by and my age grew up somehow I got a little bored of my old way! Haha~That's why now I'm trying something new — being a couchsurfer!

My first couchsurfing experience was in Beihai, Guangxi, China. I was invited by a young couple who met each other on their respective solo trip and then fell in love, and finally opened their own hostel where I stayed for a night. They offered me a bed for free which could have been sold online, upon a small request that I send a postcard to them in the future. Since then I have been a member of this awesome community.
