About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To see the world as much as I can, while I can still afford it. :)
ABOUT ME
I remember wishing to travel for a living, like those guys on Lonely Planet or Discovery Channel. I kinda got what I wanted, but got stuck as a corporate slave doing heavy mental lifting. Travel is the only upside to all this, so come to think of it, I really don't mind at all!
I love dogs, in fact I have three. The cat felt so left out so she went for a walk and never came back. I live in Singapore now, though I don't call this home. Home is in Manila, so I fly back as much as I can.
PHILOSOPHY
Everything happens for a reason. And everything falls into place eventually.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I am new to all this. I have traveled quite a fair bit but never crashed into someone else's place. I am writing this towards the end of 2013 (December 23, 2013 to be exact) and I thought 2014 is the year I will go all out trying out new things, "couch surfing" being one of them.
Interests
Dogs, volleyball, tennis, badminton, running (I ran a full marathon!) photography, travel, instructional design and beer.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Feeling the cold marble walls of the Taj Mahal in India. Feeding the black swans of Lake Bled in Slovenia. Exploring the Palatine Hills in Rome. Night time at the Charles Bridge in Prague. Climbing up to the Gloriette at the Schonbrunn Palace in Vienna. Taking it all in at the Dachau Concentration Camp in Munich. Climbing up the giant wine barrel at the castle of Heidelberg. Squeezing into Cucci Tunnels in Ho Chi Mihn. Riding an elephant through the forests of Chiang Mai. Whispering a prayer at the temple of the reclining Buddha in Bangkok. Watching the sun rise at the Bagan Plains in Burma. Admiring the Inthas while they gather lake grass at the Inle Lake in Burma. Sunset at the top of the Empire State in New York. People watching in Georgetown DC. Lounging by the beach in Coron Island, the Philippines.
