About Me
Hi! I’m Theara from Cambodia 🇰🇭
I’m an English teacher and a translator, and I love meeting people from different cultures.
I enjoy simple things like biking, cooking, and having good conversations about life. I also make handmade accessories like bracelets and necklaces, so sometimes I travel with small pieces to share or show 😊
I’m a friendly, respectful, and easygoing person. I really appreciate kindness and always try to bring positive energy wherever I go.
I’m about 10 days backpacking around Vietnam and Bali a bit soon. Hope to experience places in a more real and local way. I’d love to learn about your culture, hear your stories, and maybe share mine too.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Music, Movies, and Books
I love movies, films, sitcom, musics, if those are drugs, I’m a hopeless addicted.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I once decided to step out of my comfort zone and start traveling on a budget while building my own small accessories business. It may sound simple, but for me it’s a big step toward independence and growth.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach English or a bit of Khmer, and I’d love to learn about your culture, daily life, and maybe even a few local phrases.
I enjoy sharing stories, simple cooking, and good conversations.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I can share stories about Cambodia, help with English, cook something simple, or bring a small handmade accessory as a gift 😊
Most importantly, I bring positive energy and respect.
