Overview
About Me
My parents flew me across the world as a small child, having left everything to follow their dream with nothing. I grew up with diversity all around me: friends, family, culture, schooling...and I wouldn't have it any differently.
I've never been one to shy away from experiences, in fact, I embrace them. And I'm looking for people to share stories and good laughs with - a character of sorts. Because that's definitely what I am...haha, I've danced with more jobs than one would imagine for a 25 year old, but that's what makes me so versatile; an old soul, one might say. Less drama, more spontaneity - bring on the jokes...if I can dish them, I sure as hell should be able to take them, too.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Craigslist Joe actually inspired me: believe in the good of humanity until you have a reason not to. I've hitch-hiked in India, (even on a family trip to Cozumel!!!), and looked up rideshares in California - these are the moments that you take home with you. The funniest, craziest, most memorable times...all just happen when you let go of expectations and start letting other people into your life, too. Share what you have and it will all come back to you.
Interests
Almost anything, but I'm a food/drink nut. I cook all the time, so I love to explore whatever menu items I haven't even thought to make yet - it only inspires me further.
Climbing. Yoga. Scenic drives. Late nights out. Good wine. Great conversation. Speaking sarcasm fluently. Kicking my feet up with a good book...or in my case, good anything. You name it.

Music, Movies, and Books
Music: Old school ( Hip-hop and stuff...I kinda love it all - DJ Quik, Tupac, Nas, Talib, Atmosphere, etc ) to Deep R&B, Instrumentals, ( Gramatik, Griz, Big Gigantic, Little People, Pretty Lights, The Glitch Mob ) AR Rahman, Thomas Jack, Kygo, FKJ, Usher baby, and sooo many more. I'm tired - fill this later.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Taught free yoga in Santa Cruz.
Teach, Learn, Share
I found yoga early on, but really couldn't live without it about 8-9 years ago. Now, I'm looking for every opportunity to teach, travel, live, meet new friends, and make a difference. As a yoga teacher, I'm always a student first. Willing to teach to you too - especially in exchange for travel tips, housing, and a good old fashioned ....good time.
