My name is Tibby. I graduated from UC Berkeley this May, and am now traveling around to slightly postpone getting a real job. I have lived in the Bay Area in California my whole life, but have traveled to Canada, Mexico, France, and Italy.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am looking to surf; I would love to host but just recently moved out of my college apartment, so I have no couch to offer right now. However, I am moving back to Berkeley in August, and I have decided to offer up my couch starting then, whether my new roommate likes it or not :)

Interests

I like literature, punctuation, writing, drinking. I'm athletic and love to do anything in an open park, but also snarky and crass, and could spend a whole day inside discussing film or Nietzsche. I love the interwebs.

Music: Justice, MSTRKRFT, Chromeo, Ratatat, Daft, Crookers, Passion Pit, The Beatles, Patsy Cline, Joe Cocker, David Bowie, Sarah Vaughn, Al Green, The Supremes. Basically Electronic/Dance, Rock, and the occasional yet necessary Motown.

Books: Foucault, Derrida, Butler, Donna Haraway and anything involving the Frankfurt School.
