About Me

I haven't used couchsurfing for a while and was sharing an account with a friend of mine, where you can find some more references: https://www.couchsurfing.com/users/1007279911

I like to think of myself as an easy-going guy, that loves to dive into new adventures. Other than that I love to listen to (travel-)stories from other people, and love to share mine for sure!

I've been traveling on and off since I was 16 and I don't planning on stopping anytime soon!

There are certain goals that I still want to reach in my own personal life:
- Start up a business (working on that right now with Haveyoubeenhere, a social media platform for travelers!)
- Write a book
- Cross the atlantic ocean in a sail boat
- Travel to too many places to list!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I think it's a really cool way of meeting new people all over the world. I feel like everyone you meet can teach you something you didn't know!

Interests

I love to travel around, so I looked for some time to find work I could do abroad as well. Eventually I found my passion for IT, and 5 years later I am able to combine the two!

  • reading
  • traveling
  • urban exploration
  • information technology

Music, Movies, and Books

I feel like there is soooo much good music out there, it's hard to make a list. I'm always up for discovering new music, so if you have any to share, definitely do so!

I think the same is true for movies, but I think in general I like dramas and biographies the most.

For books, I fell head first into the fantasy genre and loved it. I prefer the gritty more realistic fantasy books though. But again, always open for suggestions!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Hitchhiking from Miami to San Francisco and living for 6 months in Costa Rica by accident after.

Teach, Learn, Share

I will try and learn any new thing you can teach me! My field of expertise is IT, so if you want to learn some coding, I can help with that.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Good conversation, some stories and most importantly a good time! 😄

Countries I’ve Visited

Bangladesh, Bulgaria, Costa Rica, Croatia, Dominican Republic, France, Germany, Greece, Italy, Morocco, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Thailand, United States

Countries I’ve Lived In

Belgium, Costa Rica
