ABOUT ME

I guess that I could best describe myself as energetic! I love laughter and anything adventurous. I also like staying at home sometimes, gathering energy, reflecting, reading, watching good (and sometimes not so good!) movies. I am pretty easy going, but I value respect and consideration a lot.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I love traveling and have done my share of it, with and without couchsurfing. I really enjoy getting to know people from different places in a real and direct way. I also want to help people coming to my city, to have a good time, have a better understanding of the city!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have surfed a few times in Ottawa, Toronto, Italy and New York.

I have hosted a few times as well and it was an amazing experience!

Interests

I love traveling, eating good food, drinking good wine! I love photography and am constantly trying to improve as a person.

Music, Movies, and Books

I really love Movies. LOVE them! I wouldn't even know where to start with titles, but I really like foreign films, particularly with a social impact, documentaries, serious subject matter films. I also like comedies, the satirical, sarcastic, ironic type! I hate horror films (I can't sleep afterwards...overactive imagination!)...and I must say that once in a while, I need a romantic film fix!
As for books, I love reading when I have the time for it.

I also love dancing and have been doing it for 10 years for fun!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I am often amazed mostly with people and moments in time spent with them. For example, spending the night walking all over New York City and going to a French wedding followed by a very exhausting but happy drive to the Airport!

I like meeting people who don't take themselves too seriously in terms of mindset, people who are able to reflect on themselves and their experiences and willing to share what they have learned.
