About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Get to know more about the history of the Mediterranean region.
ABOUT ME
I study political sociology. I am interesting in the study of different forms of social inequalities (like racial, caste-based, religion- and gender-based inequalities). I also make sculptures out of clay!
I grew up in India, studied in France, the US, and Lebanon, and was living in Tunisia for research. I love learning languages, hearing stories from people, mythologies, and debating politics.
PHILOSOPHY
Listen, listen, cook and listen!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I have been couchsurfing for more than ten years now and every meeting that it has brought me to has been a lesson on living for me. Be it living in a date oasis with goats in Douz in Tunisia to the extravagant hospitality of a bee-keeper in the Alps of Italia. It has been my travel with couch-surfers that has made me think about my own ways of life and see how beautiful living is when shared with people

Music, Movies, and Books
Music: I love classical music, and minimalist music (Glass, Riley, Reich)
Books: Literature from anywhere, mostly fiction. But if you have a story to tell, I would rather be listening to you!
Teach, Learn, Share
Arabic to learn, stories to tell, cooking and dancing to teach!
What I Can Share with Hosts
Indian food! I enjoy cooking (in huge quantities) and throwing big dinner parties with lots of candles and wine (and lemonade if you don't drink)
