About Me

Some of my friends usually call me "Tiên điên", which means crazy Tien because these two words sound similar in Vietnamese. In a special way, this nick name tells some parts of myself. "Tien" means narcissus, which is a small gentle flower. That is how I look and usually act when I first meet someone according to my friends' saying. On the other hand, when I get along well with one person, I tend to do or say weird things.

I have lived in Hanoi, Vietnam for 21 years. I have never traveled abroad (what a shame!) before until this October I had a chance to travel to Germany in an exchange program. Yayyyyyyy!!! Why do I choose Germany? It's a long thrilling story and I will tell you in detail if we meet ;) After my first trip to another totally different land, I realize that I can adapt with changes quickly.
-------------------------------------
My values up till now are to respect differences, to be kind and empathize with other people, to learn as much as possible and to think independently. I have learned from other people and mostly from my experiences to conclude those values, but I am still struggling to accomplish them.
What a long way to go!

Music, Movies, and Books

I have interest in some topics about theory of happiness, emotional understanding, living skills, history, cultural diversity, travelling, mysterious phenomenon.

I listen to all kinds of music except for hard rock. My favorite childhood singer is a Korean girl band and they are still my beloved ones. Besides, I usually listen to Backstreet boys, Taylor Swift, Martin Garrix,...

Among some books I have read recently, my favorite one is called "To kill the mocking bird". I highly recommend this book because the main theme not only covers on racism, which still remains in many countries, but also teaches us about humanity and morality. So to speak, the book is really a good reference for me to educate my children in the the future.
