I am relatively new to couch surfing but as I am travelling around the world with my best friend we joined couchsurfing in the hope of meeting great people we normally would never have the opportunity to. So far through couch surfing we have met the kindest most intriguing people and believe this is the best way to experience a city! We started the Americas leg of our tour in LA and will end it in New York this Christmas before heading out to Sydney for the new year, with no set plan or itinerary in between! Let the adventure begin!

Part of my year long adventure is to forge friendships I normally wouldn't have the opportunity to do so.

ADVENTURE. Travelling, living one day at a time. The beauty of this trip is not knowing where I will be one day to the next. Food of all kinds, sports (english football). Oh and I also find history semi interesting, having completed a three year bachelor degree at Newcastle University.

I once hitched hiked to Croatia for the MAD charity. We travelled the entire length of Europe without spending a penny.

Whale watching in San Diego was pretty wonderful too! Along with helping out at a elephant retreat in Chang Mai!
