About Me
*CS probably says I have a low response rate- I almost never logged in during the pandemic, so of course, I didn't respond to messages for about a year.*
I'm not the best at describing myself cohesively, so I've uploaded a bunch of pictures of myself and friends in places doing things.
I love to travel and meet new people. I mean, that's why we're all here, isn't it? If I had to choose, I think my favorite outdoor activities would be camping and kayaking. I have lived in Indiana, Utah, and Colorado. I haven't seen much of Colorado due to the pandemic, so if you come stay with me, we'll have to explore it together!
This page is my individual profile. Sometimes I travel solo, sometimes I'm with my boyfriend. If I'm looking to stay with you, I'll let you know if it'll be one or both of us :)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I find Couchsurfing to be a great way to learn about the world from the standpoint of hosts who are native to any region I visit. I also enjoy sharing my own knowledge, growing, teaching, and building friendships. Staying in a hotel when traveling restricts these possibilities and limits true cultural experiences.

Music, Movies, and Books
I generally listen to hip-hop, rap, lo-fi, 80's pop, 50's jazz and big band, motown, honky tonk, and latin pop. I studied US music history and can appreciate most genres.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
The first international trip I took was by myself, with no set plan. I just sorta bought a few plane tickets in Europe and figured it out as I went. I'd never stayed in a hostel before, had never been to a country that didn't speak my language, had never barfed in a sailboat in a no-flush WC after a night of heavy drinking. And now I have :)
What I Can Share with Hosts
I love to cook, so I'd be happy to do some cooking for you. I am told that I am a great story-teller, making for good conversation. I'd love to hear your stories, too!
