I grew up in a small town where no one really traveled much growing up. When I left for University I met a few friends who invited me to Cuba.
Well that was it.
Most people visit all-inclusive resorts, sit on the beach and drink. That's all. We went exploring, we saw how the people really lived on the cheap and it was amazing.
I think that travel is amazing and I believe everyone should experience a different culture.

I'm new to this however and plan on meeting some fellow couch surfers in Vancouver and then planning a trip to San Francisco!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Because I want to see the world. Not only is that an expensive goal, but I believe seeing it with different, inspiring people really adds to the experience. I would also love to host, unfortunately my place right now is too tiny. I am very interested in meeting like-minded people in the area however!
